Download Festival 2026 promises to be another huge one, with three huge acts returning to Donington Park after last year's festival successfully debunked the "there are no more headliners" theory with three first-time bill-toppers.
Download XXIII might not match the scale of 2023's mammoth 20th-anniversary celebration, which provided a full four days of music instead of the usual three, but if that event proved anything – and the two festivals held since have certainly proved it again – it's that Download can still pull a massive crowd if the right bill is put in place.
