A specialist epilepsy nurse who treated the Dorset teenager Gaia Pope has told an inquest that the service was under-resourced and admitted that better communication with mental health teams could prevent deaths in the future.
Pope, 19, died of hypothermia after either burrowing into undergrowth on a clifftop or falling into the bushes and may have been experiencing an epileptic seizure or mental health episode at the time.
