A woman claiming to be a DoorDash driver has turned to TikTok and shamelessly admitted they ate a customer’s order because they had left too small a tip.
The viral clip, which has racked up more than 13,000 likes overnight, said: “When our customer only tipped $4 for a 30 [minute] drive so we ate [their] order and telling dash support we ain’t get it.”
TikTok user Saniah (@saniahduh) later claimed in the comments that the order was made through a fake DoorDash account with a fraudulent debit card.
“Who told them to order some food with a fake DoorDash account and a fraud debit card and not even share an extra $10 with me,” Saniah said.
The video sparked a debate amongst fellow TikTok users. One said, “that’s not cute or funny,” while another slammed the driver as “weird.”
“Must’ve been hungry pick another job this weird as hell,” they said.

“Ain’t nobody make you accept that order. You see the trip payout and mileage before accepting. This is literally why people don’t tip,” another added.
One joked: “So I just do DoorDash to eat peoples food?”
This isn’t the first time a DoorDash driver has turned bitter over receiving a lower tip than expected.
One employee took things to the next level and point-blank refused to hand over the customer’s food – all because they received an $8 tip for a 40 minute trip.
In footage caught on the Ring doorbell, the delivery driver tells the man that he “must not realise” how far the food had come and asks the customer to amend his tip.
“What the hell are you looking for? I gave an $8 tip,” he said. The driver explained that she would return the food and proceeded back to her car.
