Action by the Prime Minister could save households more than £500 on average in the midst of a “cost-of-living tsunami”, the SNP’s Westminster leader will insist.

Dave Doogan will use his speech to the SNP conference in Aberdeen on Thursday to demand action from Andy Burnham.
