US House Speaker Mike Johnson has declared a third impeachment of Donald Trump 'guaranteed' if Democrats win control of the House of Representatives in November, but the opposition party has yet to commit to pursuing the move.
'It's guaranteed, probably on the first day – first or second day,' Johnson told conservative commentator Scott Jennings in an interview on 6 October. 'Remember, they've already filed articles of impeachment in this Congress. And they're raring to go.'
