After meeting with Maria Corina Machado, Trump proudly told reporters that she had given him her Nobel Peace Prize. He kept repeating that claim with visible delight, as if the long obsession had finally been satisfied. “She gave me her Nobel Prize,” Trump said, smiling like a 5-year-old. He continued:
