US President Donald Trump said five men arrested near RAF Fairford in Gloucestershire were 'looking to do big damage' after British police responded to a report of three suspicious vans travelling towards the US-used air base on Sunday, 27 September.

The men remain in custody on suspicion of offences under the Explosives Act and the preparation of a terrorist act under section 5 of the Terrorism Act.
