However, one dog owner has revealed that she has a nightly routine set up for her Dachshund puppy Penny - which she has to complete every night before bed or the pooch won't sleep.
Taking to the dog's dedicated TikTok account, @pennyshortlegs, to post, the pet owner admitted that her puppy will not go to bed until she has been tucked in, The Mirror reports.
