An Edinburgh flat where old shampoo bottles litter the bathroom floor and rubbish has been discarded in one of the rooms is on sale for less than £70,000.
The three-bed home in Pilton, four miles from the city centre, needs a lot of TLC after being dubbed a 'doer-upper'.
The walls are stripped in the kitchen where a bread bin has been abandoned, while the bathroom still has old shampoo bottles. Trash has been dumped on the floor in the large front room.
