A government doctor who had gone missing on Monday night was found dead at Ganapati Tank in Sagar on Tuesday.
Sharmada, 33, Ayush officer at the Government Hospital in Sagar, had gone missing on Monday night. She had not returned from her private clinic. Her two-wheeler was found near the tank. The next day her body was retrieved from the water.
Sharmada is survived by her husband, a government employee, and two children. Sagar Police have registered a case and taken up investigation.
