'Do you have a problem with dogs getting a drink?' Furious letter left outside park after dog bowl stolen

The bowl, usually filled with water outside of Springwater Park, had mysteriously vanished, prompting one local to leave an angry note directed at the thief.

A picture of the letter was shared to Twitter by radio presenter Emma Goswell, along with the comical caption: "It is kicking off in Whitefield".
