Dixon Technologies signs JV pact with Gemtek to manufacture optical transceivers

Dixon Technologies JV India

New Delhi: Electronic manufacturing services major Dixon Technologies India Ltd has entered into a joint venture agreement with Gemtek Technology Co to manufacture optical transceivers and other telecom products in India.

Under the agreement, the business will be conducted through Dixon Electroconnect Pvt Ltd, which is currently a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dixon Technologies.
