Disrupted sleep may cause memory and thinking problems: Study

Los Angeles: According to a recent study published in the online edition of Neurology, the medical journal of the American Academy of Neurology, people who experience more interrupted sleep in their 30s and 40s may be more likely to have memory and cognitive issues a decade later.
