The deep ocean is mysterious and scary place once you get to the places where no light from the surface can reach, but that's exactly where you're heading in Dive the Depths, as seen during the Light Up Games showcase at the Future Games Show at Gamescom Presented by Sid Meier’s Civilization® VII.
In this action-roguelike, you play as a humble diver sent down to these foreboding depths in search of secrets, but you'll soon find that deep below the waves the environment is anything but hospitable. You'll discover a huge variety of weird and wonderful sea creatures, and while some of them may be friendly there will be many more that won't welcome you into their home, so you must do what you have to in order to survive.
