A disabled woman has branded someone who left a note on her car, wrongly accusing her of not being eligible to hold a blue badge, as a “narrow-minded ignorant person”.
Helen, who suffers from a bad back and has several spinal surgeries along with nerve damage in her legs, said she was left a note on her car claiming her blue badge number was being reported.
The makeshift note scrawled in block capitals was discovered by Helen on Sunday, February, saying: “Your BB has been taken and reported to the ticket office.”
