Priyanka Chopra, who has completed over two decades in the entertainment industry, is a global icom today. She made her Hollywood debut with 'Quantico' which she bagged after giving a proper audition.
Did you know that the actress never had to audition for any project, until Quantico? Yes, you read that right!
On an American show, the actress had revealed that she had never given a proper audition for her movies. This was because she had won the Miss World pageant and everyone knew her so she was just cast in movies because it made sense.
Spilling some beans about her audition process for Quantico, Priyanka added that she had never been in a sterile room with seven people sitting there and had to perform. She also mentioned that it was such a weird thing for an actor to do.
In one of her last few interviews she spoke about how she was cornered in Bollywood. The actress shared that she was tired of politics in the industry and needed a break. That's when she decided that she was going to America.
On the work front, she was last seen in 'Citadel' co-starring Richard Madden. It received mixed reviews from the audience and the critics alike. Next, she was supposed to star in Farhan Akhtar's next 'Jee Le Zaraa'. However, she recently opted out of the film. The film also stars Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif in lead roles.
