Tommaso Cioni has drawn renewed attention online after a self-described investigator claimed that he had left Arizona during the investigation into Nancy Guthrie's disappearance.

Jonathan Lee Riches, who posts as JLR Investigates on X, said sources told him Cioni had 'left town' and was no longer in the state.
