It’s been widely speculated that Taylor Swift’s 10-minute version of All Too Well is about Jake Gyllenhaal, and it now seems the actor subtly trolled the singer in a new photoshoot.
Gyllenhaal was photographed as part of W Magazine’s Best Performances 2022 issue following his leading role in the crime thriller The Guilty.
In one of the pictures, he’s wearing a crimson shirt and has a pair of heart-shaped sunglasses on top of his mop of slicked-back hair.

Do the sunglasses seem familiar to you? That’s because a similar pair of heart-shaped specs were worn by Swift in her music video for 22.

Some fans pointed out that the original caption of the magazine’s Instagram post read: “Red (Jake’s version)” in reference to the re-released Swift album.
It now appears that the caption has been changed on the Instagram post, but several comments referencing the “Jake’s version” quip remain under the post.
One commenter wrote: “Whoever wrote that caption deserves a raise.”

People joked about the photoshoot, asking where the scarf referenced in All Too Well is.
“He’s vacuuming it,” one user joked.

Another laughed about how he’s mailing himself back instead of the scarf:

Although he didn’t mention anything to do with Swift in the interview, are the pictures a hint that he remembers things “all too well?”
