The destruction of the Vladimir Putin’s flagship missile cruiser is another example of Russian military “failure and incompetence”, Western officials said on Thursday.
The Moskva, part of Russia’s Black Sea fleet, sank after being hit by two Neptune missiles off the coast of Odesa, Ukrainian defence chiefs said.
