Destiny Udogie insisted the Tottenham players will "stick together" behind Thomas Frank.
The pressure has been steadily growing on Frank after a run of results that has seen Spurs take just two points from the last 15 available to them in the Premier League.
That run included woeful derby defeats to Arsenal and Chelsea in which Spurs registered the two lowest xG totals of any club in the Premier League this season.
A 2-2 draw with Newcastle at St James' Park stopped the rot for Spurs, as Cristian Romero scored twice to help his side twice come from behind to earn a draw.
Udogie viewed it as "a good point to start from" and proof that the squad are firmly behind Frank after the recent struggles.
"As a group we are always together," Udogie said."
“Every day we go to the training ground and we train together with the staff. We just have to stick together and keep going."
Spurs now turn their attention to Saturday's match at home to Brentford, which will be Frank's first meeting with his former club.
It is a pivotal game for the Dane in attempting to keep the fans on side.
Spurs have won three games at home in the Premier League in the last 12 months, with the most recent of those coming against Burnley on the opening weekend of the season.
Asked if the Brentford match was must-win for Spurs, Udogie replied: "Definitely.
"Yeah we want to win every game, starting from Saturday. We will be ready."
Udogie's fellow Italian Guglielmo Vicario faced intense scrutiny after his big individual mistake in Saturday night's defeat at home to Fulham.
The goalkeeper was booed by his own supporters after that error, angering Frank and leading the Dane to label those responsible "not true Spurs fans".
Vicario made four saves in the draw with Newcastle and had his name chanted by the travelling Spurs supporters after one first-half stop from a Lewis Miley shot.
The Italian was also serenaded after the match.
"It's always good to have the fans behind you," Udogie said."We're really happy for Vic. We just keep going."
