Derek McInnes has been told it is his job to make Rangers "be something" after his post-match comments.
The Ibrox manager was scathing of his team's performance against Jablonec and, while taking some of the reponsbility, suggested his players weren't giving enough.
He also admitted it's hard to see what his time are at the minute - because they're not good in possession and they're not an effective counter attacking team either.
But Andy Halliday has reminded McInnes it is his job to make sure the team has an identity.

He told BBC Scotland: "This is a direct quote from Derek McInnes: 'You have to say that you look at us now and I'm thinking, well, we're not great as a possession-based team at the minute. We don't look so comfortable with our work.
"'We're not a counter-attacking team effectively enough. At times we don't look like a team who are happy when we go direct and teams need to be something.'
"That is Derek McInnes's job. Your job is to make sure the team is something.
"It was difficult to analyse because Rangers for me never offered anything in the game in an attacking sense. They never had any control, they never had any movements, rotations. They weren't aggressive, they weren't front-foot. Defensively their shape, they were very disjointed. So it was, it was poor across the board.
"To try and put a positive spin on it is near impossible. And the fact of the matter is, it's like I said, I wasn't all that shocked, which is probably the most surprising thing.
"Because I felt that Rangers would go through narrowly, and I said narrowly because I thought Jablonec were horrendous at Ibrox."
