THE SCOTTISH FA have issued a Notice of Complaint against Rangers manager Derek McInnes over comments branding a Celtic penalty at the end of the season ‘disgusting.’

Motherwell and their midfielder Elliott Watt also face sanction from the governing body over social media posts in the aftermath of the same deeply divisive handball decision at Fir Park on May 13.
