If your dad or father figure loves a hearty meal then one restaurant in Swansea is offering an "heroic" opportunity for you to take him for a meal which will match his appetite. Denny's American Diner has announced that it is bringing back its hero burger and hero slam breakfast meals for one day only on Father's Day offering "a feast for breakfast and a challenge for dinner".
The hero burger consists of four patties, tomato, lettuce, onion, bacon, and topped with a stack of onion rings. And the hero slam breakfast is another epic eating challenge consisting of five sausages, four slices of toast, four bacon rashers, three eggs, buttermilk pancakes, hash brown, chips, tater tots, and beans. Both meals cost £14.99. Get Swansea stories straight to your inbox with our newsletter.

Despite being a firm favourite in America the famous diner-style restaurant has only one branch in the UK which is in Swansea's Parc Tawe Retail Park. It opened back in 2017.
