A Loose Women star has shared an update on her son Matty Healy's busy life after rumours he is dating American singer-songwriter Taylor Swift. Denise Welch is the proud mum of Matty, 34, the frontman of the 1975 and her younger son Louis, 22, with her ex-husband Tim Healy.
As she celebrated her 65th birthday over the weekend, she gave fans a rare glimpse into Matty's hectic work schedule and busy life. This comes after rumours of a romance between Taylor and Matty began to circulate earlier this month, just weeks after she and Joe Alwyn's split after six years together.
Matty and Taylor have been spotted on a number of outings together, including a date night in private members' club Casa Cipriani and they were also seen leaving the Electric Lady recording studio in New York last week reports The Daily Mirror.

Denise said: "People don't realise that it's gruelling to be the lead singer, the creator, the writer, the producer of a massive show on the scale that Matthew does. Then he gets on stage and gets in a plane and flies seven hours and then flies 24 hours.
"It's a wonderful life, but he's absolutely exhausted and ready for a break." Elsewhere Denise has also praised Matty for tackling his addictions, after he sought help in November 2017 for his heroin addiction after entering rehab.
She explained: "Matty has had his demons and we've navigated them as a family and he's come out the other side. We all support each other and I couldn't be prouder of how he's come through, with the help of his family and his friends.
The proud mum's confession comes after Matty's rumoured new girlfriend Taylor admitted that her life "finally makes sense", following her shock split from actor Joe Alywn. The 33-year-old took to the stage in Foxborough, Massachusetts over the weekend and made the sweet admission.
Speaking to the crowd while performing in the rain, Taylor said: "I've just never been this happy in my life in all aspects of my life. It's not just the tour… I just sort of feel like my life finally feels like it makes sense."
