Denise Richards and Aaron Phypers evicted from LA home

Denise Richards and Aaron Phypers evicted from LA home

Denise Richards and her estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, have been evicted from their Los Angeles home.

Although Denise, 54, had already moved out of the six-bedroom, five-bathroom house in Calabasas, California, following her split from Aaron, 53, a Los Angeles Superior Court judge has signed off on a request brought by their landlord, John Karan, to break the lease.

According to Us Weekly, Karan filed a lawsuit against the pair in November, claiming they had failed to pay rent for months and owed him $84,000 in back rent.

Although the judge has yet to rule on damages, he agreed the lease had been forfeited due to lack of rent payment, and he granted Karan possession of the home.

Denise had moved out of the home in late 2023, but Aaron remained in the house with his parents and brother.

Just days before the eviction,  Aaron filed for spousal support from Denise, claiming he has monthly expenses of over $100,000, including $15,000 for rent, $1,500 for health care, $4,800 for groceries and household items, $2,000 for eating out, and $3,200 for laundry, cleaning, and various other expenses.

Aaron filed for divorce in July after six years of marriage, and Denise later applied for and was granted a restraining order against Aaron amid allegations of domestic abuse.

In a hearing about her restraining order application in October, Denise - who has daughters Sami, 21, and 20-year-old Lola with ex-husband Charlie Sheen, and 14-year-old Eloise, who she adopted as a baby - alleged Aaron had "caused at least three concussions".

He denied her allegations and said in his own testimony: “I never physically harmed Denise Richards… I never threatened to harm her… I did not threaten to kill anybody... A lot of people like to be close to the stars. They’ll do things for them."
