The Twitch streamer posted a new YouTube video celebrating the court's decision, calling herself the "Queen of Fair Use" and saying she had "saved react content on the internet for everyone." Her comments came just days after a U.S. court ruled that her use of Klein's video was protected under fair use. While Denims is celebrating the result, Ethan Klein has already confirmed that he is appealing the decision, meaning the legal battle is not over yet.
