Congressional Democrats are accusing Republicans of throwing their support behind Democratic primary candidates viewed as flawed and beatable.

Former Republican Rep. Adam Kinzinger told Axios that he views the move as unsurprising given that Democrats had deployed similar tactics during the Biden years, adding that Democrats "probably ... taught the Republicans a lesson" by doing so.
