A delivery driver who killed a three-year-old girl when he “accidentally” reversed over her will not face criminal charges.

Milliee-Ann Rae Mckellar was hit by a reversing Mercedes Sprinter coming out of Campion Close in Calne, Wiltshire on March 3 2021.

However, more than a year late, Wiltshire Police have confirmed that the driver will not face charges following a thorough investigation.
