Delhi Police sets up Special Task Force to probe UPSC, SSC, NTA paper leak cases under anti-cheating law

Delhi Police has constituted a Special Task Force (STF) under its Crime Branch to investigate paper leaks and other examination-related offences, acting under the Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024, according to a press note issued by the force on Friday.

The STF has been set up with the approval of the Commissioner of Police, Delhi, and will be headed by the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Crime Branch. The Special Commissioner of Police, Crime Branch, will exercise overall supervision and administrative control over its functioning, the press note said.
