Delhi Police on Monday issued a general security advisory ahead of the BRICS Summit 2026, urging citizens to remain vigilant in crowded public places and cooperate with police personnel as enhanced security arrangements are put in place across the New Delhi district for the movement of international dignitaries and delegations.
India will host the 18th BRICS Summit in New Delhi on September 12 and 13, bringing together leaders of BRICS member and partner countries, outreach countries and heads of international organisations.
