Dejan Kulusevski and four other Juventus transfer deals Fabio Paratici can strike for Tottenham

Fresh from missing out on Porto ace Luis Diaz, Tottenham could be about to add to their squad with the addition of Juventus attacker Dejan Kulusevski.

Managing director of football Fabio Paratici is currently in talks with his old club over a loan deal with an option to buy the Sweden international before Monday's transfer deadline.

Naturally a right winger, the 21-year-old would give Antonio Conte a number of options in attack as he can also operate up front if required or as a central attacking midfielder.

Right wing-back, central midfield and striker are seen as the club's three priority positions this month but Tottenham's failure to bring in a new signing so far this month has left Paratici with plenty to do ahead of deadline day.

Given his links with Juventus after just over a decade in Turin, the Italian may want to use his relationship with the Serie A giants to his advantage and see if he can bring anyone else to Tottenham.

football.london takes a look at five Juventus players who would be good additions for the Lilywhites.

Dejan Kulusevski

Amid the disappointment of not signing Diaz from Porto as he now appears to be on his way to Liverpool, the potential arrival of Kulusevski would give Spurs' attack a boost.

Regular opportunities may not have been there in Juventus' XI for the Swede this season but he has caught the eye in Serie A over the past couple of campaigns.

Registering ten goals and nine assists in his loan spell at Parma in 2019/20, Kulusevski played 47 games for Juventus last term and chipped in with seven goals and seven assists.

Paratici is clearly a fan of the player following their time together in Turin and believes that the youngster has what it takes to be a success at Tottenham.

Weston McKennie

Another Juventus player Paratici admires is United States international McKennie, who would help fill the central midfield position Spurs see as a priority this month.

Bringing him to the Bianconeri in 2020 from Bundesliga team Schalke, the 23-year-old has been a hit for his club and started in 14 Serie A games this season.

football.london understands that Paratici has held talks this month with the representatives of the Juventus ace about a potential move, but that is currently deemed unlikely as Massimiliano Allegri is not keen on losing his man midway through the season.

Rodrigo Bentancur

Another Juventus player who has been linked with a Premier League move this month is Bentancur.

Aston Villa are keen on signing the 24-year-old but Steven Gerrard's team have not been able to agree on a fee with the Italian side just yet.

That could allow Paratici to nip in and move for a player who he brought to Juventus from Boca Juniors in 2017.

Bentancur, who has played in 26 games in 2021/22, is capable of playing as either a central midfielder or slightly deeper in a defensive role.

Alvaro Morata

Morata could possibly be on the move before transfer deadline day following Juventus' big-money move for Dusan Vlahovic.

That has now left question marks over the Spaniard's future, with Barcelona, Arsenal, Newcastle United and Tottenham all linked with the frontman.

The 29-year-old isn't actually Juventus' player, however, as he is currently on loan at the club from Atletico Madrid, who will obviously have the final say on the striker.

Morata has played under Conte at Chelsea previously but the fact he wouldn't be a guaranteed starter at Tottenham may put him off a move back to London.

Paulo Dybala

The summer of 2019 is one Tottenham fans cannot forget about after missing out on both Dybala and Bruno Fernandes.

Dybala still remains at Juventus but an exit could soon be on the cards as his contract is set to expire at the end of the season.

Reports suggest that the attacker will hold talks with the Bianconeri over a new contract once the transfer window is shut but the 28-year-old is now in a position where he can sign a pre-contract agreement with interested clubs.
