Graphic videos showing the killing of conservative activist Charlie Kirk while he addressed a crowd on a Utah college campus quickly went viral, amassing millions of views.
Now, attorneys for the man charged in Kirk’s death are asking a state judge to block these videos from being shown during a hearing scheduled for Tuesday. The defense also seeks to remove TV and still cameras from the courtroom, arguing that coverage by “highly biased” news outlets could prejudice the case.
