West Ham midfielder Declan Rice has been full of praise for his England team-mate and Liverpool target Jude Bellingham.
Bellingham has been heavily linked with clubs across Europe, including the Reds, Manchester United, Manchester City, Real Madrid and Chelsea. While there was no chance of him moving on from Dortmund this summer, clubs could battle it out for his signature in 2023 should the 190year-old decide to depart the Bundesliga club.
Move to the Premier League could be on the cards with at least four of the big six credited with interest. Rice, who has played alongside Bellingham for England in recent years, expects big things for the former Birmingham City man.

“He’s energetic, strong, self-belief, no fear, he’s got everything," Rice said in an interview with talkSPORT. "19, but he’s a man. He’s played on the big occasions already, when I’ve played with Jude I’ve loved it. He’s going to be incredible."
Whoever eventually lands Bellingham will have to dig deep into their pockets with a report from The Athletic on Wednesday claiming Dortmund value the midfielder at around £131m. Despite still being a teenager, he's racked up a century of appearances for the German club in all competitions so far.
He's scored 13 goals and registered 18 assists in that time, an impressive tally given he only joined them from Birmingham in the summer of 2020. His current deal at Dortmund runs until 2025, but it's clear he will likely become the most expensive footballer in British history if and when he decides to move on.
Bellingham made his England debut not long after his move to Germany in November 2020 at just 17 years of age. He's so far earned 15 caps for the Three Lions and will likely play a significant role at the World Cup in Qatar later this year.
