Declan Donnelly has given fans a glimpse into his relationship with his three-year-old daughter Isla.

The TV star appeared on Thursday's This Morning alongside pal Ant McPartlin as they promoted their first ever children's book.

Propa Happy is described as "a fun-filled guide to feeling good for children aged seven and above, packed with games, jokes, anecdotes, challenges and quizzes to make kids smile".
