David Beckham sends brilliant message to Nottingham Forest ace after promotion

Manchester United legend David Beckham has congratulated Brennan Johnson on his promotion to the Premier League with Nottingham Forest.

Johnson, 21, has a close tie to the England star after his dad, David Johnson, and Beckham came through the Manchester United ranks as members of the class of 92.

Beckham has regularly been monitoring Johnson's activities this season and has routinely sent him messages throughout the campaign, including ahead of Forest's play-off final trip to Wembley.
