Danny MacAskill has left fans with their hearts in their mouths as he was filmed completing his latest stunt last week.

The Scottish trials cyclist is known for his unusual and dangerous stunts and performances on his bike, with the 36-year-old travelling all over the world to complete them.

However, last week a clip of Danny was released showcasing what could be one of his most daring challenges yet, with the video showing him on top of a wind turbine.

Hundreds of feet in the air, it was explained that Danny had been completing the stunt in order to raise awareness of climate change in a unique way.

With viewers stomach's churning, he can be seen cycling along one of the blades of the turbine as it stands stationary in the middle of the Scottish countryside.

Showcasing some incredible views, the sun is seen beaming over Danny as he carefully moves back and forth along the turbine, with one wrong move potentially fatal.

However, some keen-eyed fans were quick to point out that Danny appears to be attached to some sort of safety harness, with a thin rope attached to his back.
