Tottenham are in the midst of a crucial transfer window as Daniel Levy and Fabio Paratici look to build a squad that can retain their place inside the top four and challenge for trophies in the 2022-23 season.
Antonio Conte has already added three new faces to his side this summer in the form of Fraser Forster, Yves Bissouma and Ivan Perisic as the Italian stamps his mark on the first team. The 21-year-old enjoyed a breakthrough season in 2021-22, scoring four goals and providing two assists. Everton's asking price for the youngster is not yet known but he is valued at £25 million by CIES Observatory.
Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy appears to be pushing ahead with the deal, however. On Monday night, he was spotted having dinner with his Everton counterpart Bill Kenwright, with the BBC's North American Editor Jon Sopel spotting the pair at a restaurant in conversation.
Taking to Twitter, Sopel wrote: "If Richarlison does come to @SpursOfficial suspect history will show agreement was reached last night. Bill Kenwright and Daniel Levy were having dinner together in Scott’s - and I was at table next to them…"
