Dalkeith family adventure park set to get bigger with expansion plans lodged

An adventure park in the middle of a Midlothian country estate is set to expand with plans lodged to make it even bigger.

Fort Douglas Adventure Park, in Dalkeith, is a popular attraction for families, with zipwires, climbing walls, mazes and tunnels to explore.

Two years ago the Buccleuch Estate which owns Dalkeith Country Park, was granted planning permission to add two giant jumping pillows to the adventure playground.
