A dad is fighting his local council over plans to build on a garden area next to his home that he's used for 20 years.
Marcus Jeanton built a permanent gazebo and a specialist shed for his disabled daughter on the land in Wembley, north-west London.
He said his family has gone through "months of stress" amid the battle with Brent Council over the garden they believed was theirs.
