Cyclist ‘sent flying’ in van crash seeks £50,000 compensation from delivery firm

A cyclist is seeking at least £50,000 compensation after being seriously injured in a collision with a delivery driver.

Alastair Chisholm, 47, suffered two collar bone fractures after being “sent flying” when the van driver suddenly pulled into his path without indicating as he rode downhill during a training ride around Alexandra Palace.
