Cyclist fighting for life after horror crash as man is charged with attempted murder

A cyclist is fighting for his life in hospital after being hit by a car in east London.

The cyclist, a man in his 50s, was taken to hospital after the incident on Aylward Street in Stepney Green at about 11.15pm on Thursday. He remains in a life-threatening condition.
