The food service industry is filled with stories of difficult shifts and difficult customers. Some, however, like that experience by TikToker Rae, can really make your jaw drop. The Ohio resident, who goes by definitelynot.rae on TikTok, recently shared an anxiety-inducing experience with a customer from her time as a Domino’s manager. In her video, a customer’s order for pasta allegedly escalated into a series of terrifying personal threats.
Rae shared that she had been made a manager the very night she had turned 18. So, one night, she found herself running a night shift alone with only a couple of drivers. She claimed, “We had this guy that was notorious in our location for… he would order, like, one to two pasta alfredos. And every single time, without fail, he would call back and complain and say there wasn’t enough Alfredo in his pasta.”
