Cumbernauld dog walker spots 'UFOs' hovering in the night sky as he filmed 'two lights'

A man who was walking his dogs in Cumbenauld was shocked when he looked up in the night sky and spotted two bright orbs hovering in the air.

Steven Mair was left baffled when he spotted two different coloured lights above the skyline.

The video shows two separate balls of light sitting static, however, the bigger of the two orbs seems to change colour and flicker.

The confused man told Glasgow Live: "I was out walking the dogs and this was facing The Campsies.

"My first thoughts were that it was a huge plane. Then I realised the two lights where not attached. After five to 10 minutes of slight movements I began to think that it was a UFO.

"I will be honest I believe the universe is too big for us to be alone."

As for what the dog walker believes the mysterious lights were, he isn't entirely sure. All he knows is that they certainly weren't something normally seen floating above Cumbernauld

Stephen said: "I’m not saying they were alien saucers or that but it wasn’t normal looking.

"Could it be Chinese weather balloons, drones, rockets or was it aliens, I don't know."
