DOZENS of cultural figures have banded together in support of bestselling Irish author Sally Rooney after her books were withdrawn from the UK due to her support for Palestine Action.

Last week, publisher Faber & Faber said it had agreed with Rooney that it could no longer supply her books in the UK “in any format” because of the legal situation arising from her support for Palestine Action.
