Crystal Palace boss Patrick Vieira insists the Eagles will take their Carabao Cup clash against Newcastle United on Wednesday evening seriously.
The Eagles head into the contest at St James' Park in relatively good health, with James McArthur and Christopher Richards their only long-term injury concerns.
Forward Odsonne Edouard missed Palace's weekend 2-1 win over West Ham but could be back in contention for the game against the Magpies.

The Wednesday night clash will also be the second time this season the two sides have squared off at St James'. Earlier this season, they played out a 0-0 draw, with Newcastle having a goal controversially chalked off by VAR.
Vieira told Palace's official website: "Of course we are looking forward to it.
"It’s a competition we want to take seriously. Going to Newcastle with the way they are playing makes it more difficult, but we had a draw there where we competed well and we will compete. We never choose which games to play and not to play.
"We will put the best team out there and compete. Playing those three games in a week does not make it easy for us but we will have a team that can compete."
Given Palace's final Premier League game before the World Cup is against Nottingham Forest, there's every chance Vieira might field his strongest XI against Newcastle.
However, their weekend clash against the Hammers saw them name a strong side. With a turnaround of just three days, it seems likely the Palace boss will look to rotate his side slightly against the Magpies.
Potential Crystal Palace XI to face Newcastle United (4-2-3-1): Johnstone; Ward, Tomkins, Guehi, Mitchell; Milivojevic, Hughes; Eze, Olise, Ayew; Mateta
