Just less than four days now until Chelsea get their first game of the US pre-season tour underway when they take on Club America and still no new signing has been confirmed as of yet.
The Blues have suddenly erupted in the summer transfer window with Tuesday July 12 bringing about some significant developments regarding their defensive rebuild as both Kalidou Koulibaly and Nathan Ake moved a huge step closer to becoming Chelsea players.
Meanwhile, Raheem Sterling reportedly is on a flight to America to join up with the squad in LA as Blues fans continue to wait for an official announcement. That isn't it though as elsewhere there is a lot more to bring you up to date with.

football.london takes you through the latest Chelsea rumours at the start of what could yet again be another busy day for Boehly.
Cristiano Ronaldo
Whilst all focus over the last 24 hours has revolved around the defensive rebuild amid Koulibaly and Ake deals, Ronaldo's own future has continued to take more twists.
It is already common knowledge that Ronaldo isn't currently with Erik ten Hag's squad in Bangkok due to family reasons. He missed out on the 4-0 pre-season win over Liverpool and isn't expected back anytime soon.
Ten Hag has already spoken about his desire to keep the 37-year-old in situ this summer but his latest actions have only further fuelled more exit rumours as Chelsea continue to ponder an approach with Serge Gnabry and Rafael Leao also in consideration.
This is because as per Julien Laurens, Jorge Mendes has offered his client to Paris Saint-Germain to no avail, as the Parisians deemed Ronaldo to not be the right signing for them at this current moment as they look to rebuild under new manager Christophe Galtier.
The report goes on to add: "PSG do not have enough space in their wage bill to pay Ronaldo, and there are concerns that there wouldn't be room for him in their team." It also clarifies that Tuchel doesn't actually want Ronaldo despite him dropping a big hint whilst on the US tour.
Kalidou Koulibaly
The defender's move to Chelsea is fast approaching with it being understood that a deal could be fully agreed in the coming hours.
A £34million move is currently in the works and it is understood that owner Aurelio De Laurentiis isn't to stand in the way of their number 26 this time round with his manager and other senior figures in Naples already wishing him well ahead of his imminent move to Stamford Bridge.
The full structure of the deal needs to be agreed still but personal terms seem to not have been an issue at all. Italian transfer guru Alfredo Pedulla of Sport Italia has reported that the 31-year-old has accepted the five year contract proposal worth around £7.6million-£8.4million per year (around £630,000 per month and £180,000 a week).
Memphis Depay
Forget Serge Gnabry, Ousmane Dembele, Ronaldo, Neymar and Raphinha, how about Memphis Depay?
The former Man United flop is now surplus to requirements at Barcelona following the decisions on Dembele and Raphinha.
The Daily Mail has gone as far to say that manager Tuchel is really interested in the Holland international. Certainly one to keep an eye on.
Matthijs de Ligt
De Ligt who? Chelsea have already moved on from the Dutchman following the revelation that his preference is Bayern Munich.
With Koulibaly being more experienced and less pricey, this has convinced Boehly to shelve his plans for the 22-year-old as the Bavarians now crack on with trying to hash out terms with the Old Lady.
However, Juve manager Max Allegri has hinted that an exit for the Chelsea exit isn't yet as imminent as some may think.
"As you know, there was a meeting with Bayern yesterday," Allegri said via the Evening Standard. "For now he is a Juve player and I treat him so. The transfer market is open until August 31 and anything can happen.
"If he were to leave, the club is ready to replace him in the best possible way."
