There are many weapons in Crimson Desert, but you'd be hard pushed to find any as fun as the tornado-launching fan. A clip compiling some uses of the equipment is doing the rounds, as people start realizing it's their new top choice.
YouTuber Khraze showcases the weapon, known as the Eastern Witch's Fan, in a compilation of the best special items in the game. "This weapon lets you create tornados in Crimson Desert. A single blow takes the whole house down," they say on Twitter, and this is a very apt description.
Enemies on a cliffside are caught in the wind vortex, thrown to their doom. Adversaries on a field are thrown about like they're nothing. They do the same move in a wooden building, only for the whole thing to collapse. These are some mighty gusts, and they're in the palm of your hand.

Onlookers are absolutely enamored. "That's Avatar Kyoshi!" Says one viewer on Twitter, with a gif of the character. As they rightly observe, Kyoshi utilizes fans to harness wind power to a similar degree.

I could absolutely believe Avatar: The Last Airbender and Naruto were influences in the combat department of Pearl Abyss for Crimson Desert. Those shows are famous for their smooth, riveting battles, making them good touchstones for achieving something similar in a video game.
