Great Western Road has been closed off to traffic in one direction due to a crash, sparking delays for drivers.
The accident occurred near Bowling around 3:42pm this afternoon.
Traffic Scotland confirmed that all lanes have been closed to traffic northbound, causing delays back onto the Erskine Bridge.

They are advising drivers use an alternative route at the moment and allow extra time for their journeys due to the delays.
An alert issued by traffic information site INRIX read: "A82 Great Western Road Northbound closed, queueing traffic due to accident from A898 (Clydebank) to Bowling (Bowling)."
Police Scotland have been contacted for comment.
