An ASX-listed Australian-American CPAP machine manufacturer has reported record revenue but its shares have dropped after global inflation took a toll on its profit margin.

Resmed brought in a record $US1.5 billion ($2.1 billion) in revenue for the fourth quarter, bringing its total revenue for 2025/26 to $US5.7 billion ($8.1 billion), up 10 per cent from a year ago.
