Most gender reveals are done surrounded by the couple's closest friends and family. However, a recent trend sees the expecting parents discover their baby's gender privately.
One way for couples to mark the intimate occasion is to cut into a bespoke cake, which reveals either blue or pink inside. However, two expecting parents were accidentally given the wrong cake for their gender reveal, leaving them speechless.
As reported by The Mirror, Lyss, who is known as @alyssa_quintos, shared the moment on TikTok. The post has amassed just short of 15 million views as well as over 4,500 comments.
